Third-Party Provision of Personal Information (Required)

PlayCamp provides personal information to third parties as described below in order to ensure the smooth provision of services, including verification of campaign participation and revenue settlement. Consent for such provision is obtained when you sign up for the service; however, the actual provision of information will occur only when you are onboarded as a creator/studio or when you participate in a campaign.

Game Publisher/Developer (Studio) that Creates the Campaign	Identification of campaign participants (e.g., creator channel name), verification of contribution, and provision of performance reports	(During creator activities): Channel name, email address, content upload/streaming status, contribution performance	Until the purpose is achieved after the campaign ends (provided that the information may be retained for up to one (1) year for CS handling; and where retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, the relevant statutory retention period will apply).
Settlement Service Partners (e.g., Toss Payments, Payoneer)	Settlement and remittance of revenue, and performance of tax reporting obligations (including withholding tax)	Full name, bank account information, settlement amount	Until the purpose is achieved after settlement is completed (provided that the information may be retained for up to one (1) year for CS handling; and where retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, the relevant statutory retention period will apply).

Timing of Provision: Personal information will be provided only at the time the relevant service is actually rendered, such as when you participate in a campaign or apply for settlement.
Right to Refuse Consent: You may refuse consent. However, since this consent is a required procedure for PlayCamp’s core services, including campaign participation and settlement of rewards based on contribution, refusing consent may restrict your use of the service (including campaign participation and settlement).
